CLOSED: GIVEAWAY: $25 Gift Card, Gift Pack & Info on 5-hour ENERGY® Yummification Video Contest

by sarah on August 9, 2014

GIVEAWAY IS CLOSED: CONGRATS TO Stacey B!

Need a 5-hour ENERGY®  boost in your day? Apparently, these little bottles contain the caffeine of a single cup of premium coffee and a blend of B-vitamins, amino acids and essential nutrients to provide hours of energy and alertness. Since I drink coffee in the morning and, when I am at work, one in the afternoon, I was interested to try the 5-hour ENERGY® bottles to see if I could replace my coffee with a more flavorful option.

Below you see pictured the flavors I received for this review to try making up my own energy combo or as the 5-hour ENERGY® people like to say, a new “yummification.”

{Disclosure: The 5-hour ENERGY® samples, gift card, information, and additional gift pack have been provided by the makers of 5-hour ENERGY®.}

Since we were asked to keep it simple, I simply added a berry-flavored 5-hour ENERGY®  bottle to orange juice and named it my fave “Berry Bazinga” as you see pictured below.

BERRY BAZINGA recipe:

1 bottle Berry-flavored 5-hour ENERGY® drink

8 oz. Orange Juice

Mix, drink and yell “Bazinga!”

The next morning, I tried adding another berry flavor to my daily french vanilla protein shake and it made for a great breakfast combo. I felt full and energetic. I was never a fan of the bottles by themselves but I do like them mixed with other drinks.
