Halloween is October 31 but that doesn’t mean you have to wait until the 31st to enjoy Halloween. There is still time to add some fun!
Find Free Fun For Fall:
Check with your local Mall for Halloween parades, costume contests, and tick or treating in the mall.
Check with your local farm market, nursery, or orchard for free events such as hay wagon rides, corn mazes, demonstration of making apple cider, apple sauce, and pumpkin carving.
Check with your local library for Halloween crafts, story times, costume parades and parties.
Check with your local government such at your municipal or township office about costume parades, trick or treat night date and time.
Check with your local school, club or organization for costume parades, Halloween parties, crafts, fall festivals, and activities that the community is invited to.
Check with local churches for Trunk or Treat nights. This is usually held in a large parking lot with car’s trunk lids open for trick or treat goodies to be handed out. Be sure to check times, dates, and registration for these events. They are not always a just show up event.
Check with your local supermarket, craft store, and home center for special Halloween crafts, baking, and project to make and take.
